HRatHeart Consulting Inc. Refund Policy

At HRatHeart Consulting Inc., we strive to provide exceptional services and products to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund. Below is our comprehensive refund policy:

1. Consulting Services, Workshops, and Coaching Sessions

  • Cancellation by Client:

    • More than 30 days before the scheduled date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

    • 15-30 days before the scheduled date: 50% refund of the total fee.

    • Less than 15 days before the scheduled date: No refund.

  • Cancellation by HRatHeart Consulting Inc.:

    • If we need to cancel a session or workshop, clients will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling the session/workshop at no additional cost.

2. Retreats and Special Events

  • Cancellation by Client:

    • More than 60 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

    • 30-60 days before the event: 50% refund of the total fee.

    • Less than 30 days before the event: No refund.

  • Cancellation by HRatHeart Consulting Inc.:

    • In the unlikely event that we cancel a retreat or special event, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to attend a future event of equal value.

3. Memberships and Subscriptions

  • Annual Memberships:

    • Refunds for annual memberships will be prorated based on the number of months remaining in the subscription term. A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the prorated amount.

  • Monthly Subscriptions:

    • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

4. Products and Digital Downloads

  • Physical Products:

    • Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. The client is responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected, minus a 10% restocking fee.

  • Digital Products:

    • Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available. If you encounter any issues with your digital purchase, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the problem.

5. Refund Request Process

  • To request a refund, please contact our support team at contactus@hratheart.co with your order details and the reason for the refund request.

  • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

6. Changes to This Policy

  • HRatHeart Consulting Inc. reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website and will apply to future transactions.
