2.2 Delivery Method

  • Digital products will be delivered via email or through a secure download link provided after purchase.

  • Access credentials for online courses will be sent to the registered email address.

2.3 Delivery Timeline

  • Digital products will be available for download immediately after purchase confirmation.

3. Event Registrations

3.1 Event Scope

  • Event registrations include conferences, workshops, retreats, and webinars.

3.2 Registration Confirmation

  • Upon successful registration, a confirmation email with event details will be sent to the registered email address.

  • This email serves as your ticket and proof of registration.

3.3 Delivery of Event Materials

  • Pre-event materials, if any, will be sent via email at least one week prior to the event.

  • Post-event materials, including recordings and presentations, will be provided within seven business days after the event.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.

  • HRatHeart Consulting Inc. is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.

  • If you experience any technical issues accessing our digital products or event materials, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.

4.3 Non-Delivery

  • In case of non-delivery of services or products, clients must notify HRatHeart Consulting Inc. within seven business days to resolve the issue.

4.4 Refund Policy
